Be legitimate. Reputable people are comfortable in their personal skin. They don’t produce a false persona to win acceptance, and they don’t enable themselves to be manipulated simply by others.
Be principled. Credible people do what is right rather than what’s hassle-free. They don’t twist rules for personal gain.
Be capable. Credible people have a proven track record of success. Plus, they have the knowledge and experience to replicate that success. They will don’t misrepresent their features to get something they don’t deserve.
Be discerning. Credible people surround them selves with folks who uphold higher standards of honor and integrity . They don’t let poisonous people pollute their mindset, dampen their drive, or corrupt their morality.
Be honest plus trustworthy. Credible people give explanations in a clear and concise manner. They tell this like it will be rather than saying what folks want to listen to. They don’t spin the facts or exaggerate benefits to make something sound better.
Be straightforward and transparent. Credible people let others know whether they’re presenting fact or opinion. They will don’t abuse people’s believe in by making a recommendation or even offering advice without exposing vested interests.
Be objective. Credible people existing both sides of an problem rather than an one-sided view. These people disclose all known facts in an unbiased manner and let recipients arrive at their own conclusion. They don’t manipulate, suppress, or withhold important information to misrepresent the truth.

Credibility is gauged by the level of confidence and rely on that people have in you. You don’t secure that will by sharpening your continue, learning how to play-act, or giving yourself a makeover.
