Then narrow your focus greatly. Don’t look forward mainly because then you’ll discover all the things you have to do to achieve your goal or to create a new habit.

Instead, go smaller and focus on just looking after today.

Nothing more. Tomorrow will come in time. After which you will take care of that will today too.

I highly recommend keeping this filter focus a daily thing.

Certain, you may have to do a few planning. Do that early in the week or even day. Then shrink your focus once again to make your work plus life lighter and more effortless.

Focus on just the little steps and on nowadays and soon you should have traveled quite a distance.
