a few WAYS TO CHANGE BAD HABITS
Notice Your Fault-Finding Voice
We all have a voice within us that is constantly locating fault. When that voice gets turned on, we often fall into an undesirable habit of staying away from dealing with the feelings and thoughts behind those judgments. The next time you notice your fault-finding voice knowing or criticizing a person, speak back to this! You can say, “Thank you for writing, but I don’t have confidence in you. I can alter my thoughts today. ” So many of us have lived with habitual patterns to look for problems and acquiring fault. We have to learn to redirect and create a new habit of grounding ourselves in the reality of who all of us are—which is joy, joy, peace, and sharing that pleasure, joy, and peace with grace. That’ s what we’ re here for.
Commit to Your Personal Development Journey
It can be helpful to find a spiritual method, personal development practice, or even a book that will resonates with you at this time. Commit to this method, then step back and allow the Universe to support the procedure. Instead of trying to swap out your bad habits, create beneficial ones. Give yourself about two weeks to practice new personal development methods, and you should notice your negative habits subside. When you commit to feeling good, you will no longer have the same tolerance for feeling bad.

We all believe that if we can control other people, our circumstances, our timelines, our manifestations, our own health—whatever it may be—we will be safe. But it’s not so. Whenever we actually fully surrender , we start to rely upon a plan beyond our own, we start to permit and accept what exactly is, and we begin to prospect from a place of inspiration rather than manipulation. That’ s when we understand that surrender is our own greatest source of security.
