These days, I am worrying a lot over something which I don’t really want within my life; I would continuously think about it and I are afraid that I would get it. These ideas are so energy-draining, and I sometimes feel despondent as well.
I really don’t want that to happen in my life, however according to my perspective, constantly thinking about what I don’t want is going to be harmful. Can you suggest any methods or even steps so as to cease these thoughts of mine and stop bringing in things that I don’t such as at all?
What Makes a Problem an issue?
The only reason we feel resists anything happening within our lives right now (or the world in general), or something that could happen in the future, is because these types of circumstances, and potential circumstances, feel terribly in some way.
When the issue created simply no negative emotional reaction, we wouldn’t treatment all that much. It will merely be some thing happening, and not a ‘problem. ’
The good news is, according to several a spiritual teacher, our outside conditions actually have little related to our feelings. It is far from the outside creating the problem– it is merely pushing some kind of switch within. There is fright, and other ick in our mind, that is being ‘activated’ by an issue we are currently dealing with or one all of us worry will appear in the future.
There are myriad shifts within perception available to us that will help break this particular link the mind has built between the state of our external world, and our feelings.
The core, foundational shift would normally be accepting this premise your feelings aren’t a result of the external. Without that, this whole endeavor is certainly dead in the drinking water.
Essentially, the greater we accept this, and see this reality by way of exploring this in our own life, the less we will concern ourselves using the outside, and what is going on there.
We all no longer look to externals to fix what is happening inside.
We no longer worry about various external ‘forces’ and how their words, behaviors plus choices will effect us because we realize they actually can’t. We recognize no one needs to perform, or not do, anything to make us feel better. Talk about freedom!
To believe our emotional wellness is so determined by all these outside actors over which we have absolutely no control creates immense suffering. That we can possibly finish worrying about this so much should come with a great sense of comfort.
So if our only problem is ‘perception, ’ how is one you are currently entertaining about your situation leading to emotional discord? What is the story, the narrative? What does your mind notice as ‘ genuine? ’
That has to Judge?
Again, the only reason something is ever perceived as a problem is because we all don’t like how the situation feels. Based on the mind, that adverse emotional response automatically files the experience in to the ‘bad’ category.
Anything that feels badly is a ‘bad’ situation to be lamented plus resisted. And exact same goes for any possible situation in the future that will feels badly when we think of it visiting pass.
The particular ego mind’ t thought system is quite simplistic in many ways, plus through that filtration system of ‘ simplicity’ this makes total sense. But this is not the thought system with which we wish to work any longer, right?
A willingness to explore the mind’ h constant judgment, and exactly how it assesses situations– bad feelings equals bad thing– is absolutely crucial for anyone who is seriously interested in making deeper, lasting energetic transformation, plus finding greater serenity in life.
Once again, there are all sorts of shifts in perception available to us, and here we have another core, foundational shift necessary to obtain the ball rolling– everything that happens has a possible to serve us in a positive way.
Since the feelings don’t come out of nowhere, and are an answer to our perception, plus our belief system, any situation that feels badly provides an opportunity to make a change in thinking that would certainly make us really feel much better, which is most we want anyway. This ‘minimum’ opportunity is actually the most significant of them every.
And from the manifesting/LOA-type context, any kind of ‘bad’ situation offers an opportunity to explore our energy more deeply and find out what needs to be ‘cleaned up’ in order to arrange more readily plus easily with our ‘preferred’ reality. We can’t really make lasting inner change till we know what we work with.
For many of us, these encounters are absolutely necessary because of our typical human being tendency to resist going within plus facing our clips on a totally non-reflex basis. We need those experiences that are so in our face emotionally that we are basically forced to deal with all of them.
On top of that, we might not be aware of the full extent of certain energies until some thing happens that really ramps them up, that actually puts them in our face.
Therefore , if an experience assists you in ‘raising your vibration’ plus healing emotionally, just how can that be a ‘bad’ thing? Why might we have so much resistance from it?
Sure, it will feel uncomfortable, but when you remove the resistance that comes from not planning to deal with these feelings, from wishing stuff were another way they will simply are not, those people feelings in along with themselves can feel quite tolerable, even if they are very intensive. That is my experience anyway.
Imagine if this ‘bad’ thing happening was the thing that helped a person move more easily towards all you want to be, perform, have and feel?
What if that severe financial is actually the very thing that will change your energy around money for goo, d because it pushed you to face your deepest fears, all of the energetic shit which was creating all your money woes?
What if that health relapse was the thing that will finally forced you to take stock in your life, and make each one of these significant changes you understand are necessary but are resisting? That you know might make you healthier not only physically, but psychologically and emotionally too?
How many people have later expressed gratitude to their old companion for leaving all of them? At that point in their lives, some would have never ever had the strength or courage to look out on their own; some had self esteem within the toilet and they believed they couldn’t do better than this shitty person.
The feeling put them on a path that led to a much better life, and for anyone who wanted them, far better relationships with somebody much better suited to them.
How many individuals have said getting cancer– probably the most feared disease– was the best thing that will ever happened for them? You wouldn’t state shit like that unless you really meant this!
Just because the mind doesn’t like just how something feels, does not mean it is ‘bad. ’ Just because the mind doesn’t like exactly how something turned out, doesn’t mean anything went ‘wrong. ’
Much of the most powerful ‘advice’ for changing our lives is incredibly simple, and because we have heard it a lot, it has become saying and lost just about all meaning.
It could be very easy to roll our eyes on the idea of ‘everything that occurs serves us, ’ dismiss it, and double down on our own ego thought system that doesn’t concur.
And basically we can do what ever we want, but ‘yeah, yeah’ yeah-ing’ these ideas is at our peril without a doubt.
With these new awareness available to us at any time, we see that even if the things we dread most come to complete, it will be fine. Our experience of these experiences– if we so choose– can be dramatically different than what we assume it may be now.
And with this new view, we won’t worry so much concerning the future; we won’t feel so much stress to ‘raise our own vibration’ and change our energy in hopes we can avoid these things taking place. Fear and opposition no longer become the driving force in all this particular ‘manifesting work. ’
We can point ourselves more in our moment, which is everything is real. Right here we have the power to cultivate beneficial energies that will serve us perfectly; and with less concentrate on the future, we will not really dilute these energies as much as we typically, do courtesy of the negativity that focus brings.
The Crux of Personal Development
The very primary of this personal growth journey, energy work, healing, etc… is option and nothing a lot more . We have one way of thinking through which we have been abiding, and we are introduced to new ways of convinced that feel a lot better. We might not have an understand of these ideas on the logical, rational level ( and most likely never will), yet on a heart, sensation level, something resonates.
And thus lies our 1st choice: Do I possess a willingness to trust my feelings as a means of evaluating, because has been suggested to me by countless quite seemingly wise individuals throughout time, delete word? This is where it all starts. Answer ‘yes’ and you have no idea how far you can go. Answer ‘no’ and it all type of falls apart.
And notice the technique word ‘willingness’ over. That is all that is needed to start– just a willingness. You don’t need to do a full 180 in your belief system first to move forward. The willingness by yourself changes your energy plus point of attraction. The willingness alone starts aligning a person with experiences that will demonstrate these ‘truths’ to be in fact genuine.
And as your personal experience starts to change, you have that all powerful ‘proof’ of personal encounter that just causes it to be easier to keep going farther and deeper.
We have a choice in between two thought systems– that of the self confidence and that of God/Universe/Source/Infinite mind or what ever other term when calculated resonates.
We have a choice between worrying about exactly what may, or may not happen in the future, or even feeling at peace knowing that no matter what occurs, it will be fine.
We choose whether we keep letting our mind interfere in a journey which is not for it, that it is not really meant to lead, or going within, and working on the level of sensation, following intuition and trusting our inner guidance.
We all either choose the perception that frees us from our pain, or the one that perpetuates, and increases it.
It’ s all upon us and that is a wonderful thing.
‘How’ Do We Manage This?
One thing questioned of me in this particular question has been ‘how’ we can handle our thoughts, etc… And this is one associated with my favorite topics since it speaks to one of the biggest misunderstandings concerning this journey, a misconception that makes things a lot harder than they have to be, and produces a lot more resistance.
And that misunderstanding is this whole process of growth, transformation, healing and exactly what have you is action-oriented. We believe we need to ‘do’ all these items to make these inner changes and get the ‘stuff. ’
But like I actually said earlier, the crux of this ‘work’ is nothing more than mere choice about what we all believe. Our feelings stem from our perception system so the ONLY thing required people to change our emotional state is to modify our mind. You don’t need to ‘do’ anything in this scenario but consciously choose perceptions and beliefs that lend on their own to positive feelings.
But , the theory and the reality of the work are often different. Most of us, at least at first, will likely need to do all kinds of things externally to support the interior exploration and transformation.
Many of these routines will genuinely feel good, and enjoyable, and we will want to do them. It is always a good idea to fill our own days with issues that make us feel great, that assist all of us in dealing with stress along with other negativity we feel. It might be yoga for one person, or meditation for another. Some may speak out loud with journaling, while others find affirmations helpful.
I personally strongly resonate with actual physical activity– moving my body and taking care of it feels good; it makes myself feel better mentally plus emotionally. So yoga, and various forms of exercise, is my primary ‘vibe management’ strategy if you can.
Any activity we take in this particular journey, from our routines and rituals, in order to seminars and retreats, is really meant to perform a supportive function. The behaviors, behaviors, etc… can be very powerful in cultivating a state of being that makes it easier for us to choose in favor of the belief system that will aid us much better.
We have been operating underneath the falsehood that these activities in and of them selves have any capacity to change us. But doing yoga or even anything else, in along with itself, can’ t guarantee any sort of internal shift. The only thing that can truly change your belief system is the decision to believe something different.
The whole goal is to feel a lot better, so anything that makes you feel better will be a ‘good’ tool or way of you. You will likely believe it is ‘works. ’
But just remember– these are meant to be encouraging; don’t give each one of these actions a power these people don’t have. If you are having difficulties in any way with your thoughts, your feelings, etc… understand that the ‘fix’ is nothing outside of you. The answer will not be in trying yet another program or healing modality.
And realize that if there is anything exterior that will have worth at a particular stage in your journey, this shows up and you acknowledge it as such.
The best way to deal with your thoughts is to get comfy observing them, and consciously choosing whether you buy in or not. When you stop thinking them so strongly, they don’t create that unpleasant psychological charge that comes with taking them as genuine. The only reason the thoughts are an is actually because of how they create us feel, so when they no longer make you feel as badly, a person won’t stress info so much.
As well as, as your new perception systems gains some real traction, a person won’t think these items as much. But again, if you choose, it won’t become the problem it seems to become now, because they no more come with that strong emotional component which has the potential to impact your reality.
