The subconscious mind accepts the thoughts that you often repeat, and when they become ingrained, your mindset changes accordingly, as well as your habits and actions.
As a result, this brings you into contact with new people, situations and circumstances. This pure tone binaural beat audio will help create the physical/mental state necessary for the generation of vivid internal imagery, resulting in a fully immersive experience in which you can play the lead role of your idealized self and manifest anything you want! You can choose between a morning/afternoon and evening/night time session by clicking one of the annotations.
The night time session will result in a more sedated state, enabling you to fall asleep or relax right after listening. The morning/daytime session will enable you to continue with mundane activities afterwards. If you have nothing planned for the day though, I recommend chilling out to the evening/night audio.
INSTRUCTIONS: Set aside 15 minutes to an hour, and ensure you won’t be distracted in that time. Set your volume to a low-medium level. If it makes you uncomfortable in any way, keep turning it down until you find the ‘sweet spot’.
Step 1 – Sit or lie down comfortably and put on your headphones. Close your eyes. Relax all of the muscle groups in your body. Empty your mind by focusing on your breathing.
Step 2 – Imagine: The second step of the creative visualization process is imagining your intended outcome. Imagine your ideal reality as if experiencing it in the present moment. Bring the pictures to life as if watching a movie…. make the colours bright and indulge all your other senses. Be creative!
Step 3 – Feel. This part is important… You must really feel what it would feel like if you already had that which you have mentally pictured. Use your emotions to bring your mental movie to life! Consistent use of this technique can be very powerful for you!
