Morning Meditation Step 1 : Go On A Gratitude Rampage
Step primary is to go on a gratitude rampage. When you wake up in the morning, just look around. Oh our gosh, I woke up in a comfy bed. Maybe it’s winter where you live, and you also woke up in a comfortable house because you have a heating unit. There’s a lot of people that still don’t have heaters in the world.
Think about the amazing things that continue to be available and within your control in your life today. Think about all of them and go on a simple appreciation rampage or go on a gratitude avalanche. What this really is doing, is immediately hooking you up with the infinite supply of the universe. It could immediately getting you centered on possibilities and the subject of abundance. It is said that to people that have more is provided and to those that don’t have, also that which they have is removed from them. Having does not mean belongings. It means consciousness. When you instantly find something to be thankful for, you start to have the entire world work on your behalf.
Morning Meditation Step 2: Reprogram The mind
Step number two, reprogram your mind. This is in a few parts, really. So it’s a real two-a, two-b, et cetera. Which means this is important because what happens is we wake up and do a lot of stuff throughout the day. Sometimes they have things we don’t want to do. And we get on autopilot. Whenever your body gets on autopilot, if you wake up in the morning, roll out of your bed, and do the same thing as the time before, your mind also will get on autopilot.
Now we know that 95% of all of our own thoughts and our actions are subconscious and bass speaker means below. So this is certainly below conscious, like 95% of everything you do when you wake up in the morning is habitual. And thus it’s very important that we deliberately take time to suggest the images, energies, and realities that people want into our depths of the mind. Otherwise we play aged habit patterns out during the day, over and over and over. So that you need a good morning meditation, law of attraction style.
I do this in a few parts, and I have done this in a few parts for a very, very, long time. Now, the first part that I do, what I call blues journaling or hypnotic martial arts. And this is where I write what I want in the present tense in my journal as if is actually already happened. Like I’m writing to my diary.
Dear diary… And am just write about it. We write about the amazing things that happened. I write about what happened along with my finances, with our relationships and I just go and go and go plus go and go. And it becomes fun. My just rule is I can’t choose the pen off the pad. I must continually writing. So I start to drop into a trance and am do this for five, a couple of minutes, 15 minutes, depending on the mood I am just in, depending on how much fun I’m having.
Morning Deep breathing Step 3: Law Of Appeal Hypnotic Writing
Once I actually do my hypnotic writing, the next thing I do is I practice visualizing what it is that I has been writing about. And I do this via a kind of process of a blues visualization. I have my own effective hypnosis that now in regards to a million people, which is crazy in and of itself, have used it’s right there down below it’s called Jake’s hypnosis. You could begin to use that. So I switch that on. I like to make use of headphones, but you don’t need them.
I actually turn my hypnosis on, and I practice entering into the reality that I was just writing about. Like sometimes I might write almost finance. Sometimes I might compose just about my mood, after which I practice entering that state, going to that house. I practice going to that place. I practice celebrating that great thing that occurred. Not only do I see it in my mind, I feel it within my chemistry. I feel it inside my physiology.

Morning Yoga Step 4: Exercise
Following, I always exercise in some way, shape or form. I like to perform exercise that makes me perspire, and it’s hard. But if for whatever reason, I’m not able to, I a minimum of want to move around. I think one of the greatest problems that we have with a fatigue in our lives is an insufficient movement. We know that what happens whenever you don’t move a lot is you aren’t getting oxygen. You aren’t getting oxygen to replenish your brain, and you certainly aren’t getting it into the muscles plus tissues and fat tissue of your body that have turn out to be lethargic. Your law associated with attraction daily routine should always include some exercise.
This can create our body not feel as good and vital as it should overall. This may be as simple as you offering a prayer of appreciation for good things to head your way. This might be as simple when you offering a prayer of gratitude for these challenges you’re going through to be resolved. Plus you’re thanking the world that it has been resolved, and you have the answers and the people and the resources. This is your law of attraction early morning meditation. It might be that you pray to be an instrument of joy and that your life is full of joy for the day. But it’s you offering your intentions towards the universe.
“You generally are not a meat suit. You are a spiritual being in the physical body. ”
This connects you to something larger than yourself. It gets you outside of your own meat suit. A lot of times we wake up, and get so habitual via our lives that we get attached with this idea of being a little meat suit. You aren’t a meat suit. You are a spiritual being in a bodily body. You aren’t a body. You have a body that you use for your physical experience, but you are a spiritual being. And it’s important to offer this gratitude. To begin meditating to get what you would like. It’s important to offer this prayer to help us simply remember who we really are. You are a spiritual being in the physical body.
Morning Deep breathing Step 6: Write It Down
Last but not least, and this has been my tradition to get a very long time, I grab an index card and I create my affirmation in the present tense. I write my chief definite aim for my life in our tense on an index cards or a post-it, and I carry it with me throughout the day.
So it might be, you know, about money. It might be about obtaining a job. It might be about happiness, whatever it is, that’s essential for you to manifest in your life. A person write it in the present anxious in one to two sentences on an index card, and also you carry it with you throughout the day. Every time you stick your hand in your wallet, and you feel it, even though you don’t, aren’t consciously conscious of it, you’re activating human brain cells. You’re starting to build new neural networks. Occur to be starting to condition your brain for new things, for new realities, for new horizons.
