Law of Attraction: When the Route Calls for ‘Risky’ Decisions

Hi Kelli! How do you feel about dangers? For me, I hate the job and I can’ big t seem to feel better about it, no matter how hard I try. Yet I feel like, if I quit, I would feel so much better! I do have 2 side businesses where I can generate money, but the risk remains pretty big. Do you think it’ s worth it?

For most of us, living our most genuine life, and doing the factors we really want to do– particularly professionally– will likely involve some sort of ‘risk’ in that we will do things without having any way of knowing how it will turn out, how individuals in our lives will react to our choices and revelations.

We can’t guarantee things turn out exactly the way the mind wants them to, that people will get exactly what the mind wants– when this happens by the way, this particular by no means indicates something proceeded to go ‘wrong. ’

In essence, if you  are unsatisfied in some aspect of your life, plus changing it involves some sort of ‘risk’ that is just par for that course. If you are happy within your comfort zone, and your life now, then it’s all good with no need to fix what is not broken. But if you’re not, gotta roll the dice and see what happens, if you are serious about living your best life.

No matter what, things will be ‘okay’ in that so long as you are energetically aligned with certain results, they will materialize in some form– though you have to be available to what that looks like .

We have to develop a different perspective on obstacles plus challenging situations– when we observe how everything serves us, all of us feel a lot less resistance to these types of experiences; we know if particular things we fear will come to pass actually do, it will be good regardless, and we will proceed as planned.

What Are You ‘Risking? ’

We think something is ‘risky’ when we understand we are not guaranteed any specific outcome we think must happen in order to ‘succeed’ along with whatever it is we are carrying out. We think something is ‘ risky’ if we fear some ‘need’ won’ t be met if things don’ t work out. We know there may be potentially unwanted outcomes that would be really upsetting to the mind.

All our resistance generally boils down to fear of some kind. We all fear if we make a specific choice, we will get belittled. We fear if we begin a business that doesn’t be successful we will waste a lot of money. All of us fear we will make a decision, understand it was the wrong one, and that it’s too late to invert course. We fear if we reveal something about ourself to a certain person, they will reject us.

In this instance, the particular ‘risk’  seems to be the other professional endeavors won’t succeed and he or she won’t make the money the girl needs. She is giving up the sure thing for something which isn’t so sure.

Diving into fear is usually a non-negotiable for the growth-oriented individual; it is even more important for anyone that is consciously working on their own ‘energy’ to align with additional desired circumstances in their life. Dread is the most dominant energy we now have courtesy of the lovely mind, and the delusional thinking that forms the foundation of the beliefs the vast majority of us hold true.

So in your given scenario, what do you see as ‘risky? ’ What scares a person about the choice? What sort of opposition does it bring up? What teaches of thought is the mind hopping on when thinking about doing whatever it is you are thinking about doing? What are a person ‘ risking’ the loss of?

Knowing what you know about power, your creative power, the way the Universe supports you and all that jazz, are these anxieties truly valid?

Even though these things were to happen, may be the narrative, the story you are telling now about these final results, some objective truth about what it would all mean?

Are the ‘bad’ things really truly ‘bad’ or just ‘bad’ because your mind doesn’t find them acceptable for some reason? Would these things happening spell absolute doom for you or are these experiences an opportunity to explore exactly what energies may be getting shown back to you, an opportunity to tweak powers that need to be tweaked to achieve your ultimate goal, to truly get you into alignment?

Would you be willing to consider that whatever transpires was exactly what was supposed to happen and it all fits into a larger plan that you can’t observe?

Getting Our Enthusiastic Ducks in a Row

With the typical conditioning, we have the tendency to think action may be the main root of creation, and the first step in the process. Yet as we gain a greater understanding of energy, you start to see it really is the last because we reach know action is an outward exhibition of our energy.

Everything we do is powered by something internally, and the space from which we behave will have a huge impact on the results of said actions.

Preparing ourselves energetically is always recommended, especially when we are making bolder moves and choices, whenever we are doing things that trigger plenty of discomfort, when we are making choices where we believe the stakes are really high.

Now, if we don’t do this energetic ‘prep work’ and just make a decision impulsively or from a space where we are actually being driven by resistance from where we are now, it isn’t really ‘wrong. ’ We really can’t make mistakes in that way I believe.   In some cases, you may feel you might have no choice but to behave quickly.

Things is going to be fine no matter what – as long as we choose to believe this is so– but the road may be bumpier because the energy wasn’t because ‘clean’ and a lot more ‘stuff’ will come up. And we must be ready to deal with it or we are kind of screwed.

But if a potential decision is bringing up a lot of fear, and causing a lot of our limiting beliefs, and limitations in thinking, it would behoove us to do a bit of work on that prior to moving forward.

If we are planning of quitting our purpose of example, without something new arranged, or to start some entrepreneurial venture, and we have major ‘ick’ around money, giving up without doing any work on that would probably trigger it hugely, especially if we have limited savings.

But if we explored that a bit just before quitting, we would go into this new and uncharted phase of our journey, with a bit more vibrational ‘stability. ’ The more trust and faith we manage to muster up along the way, and in these teachings, prior to acting, the better. This does not mean ‘stuff’ still won’t come up– it almost certainly will– but it is easier to deal with, even when it is more intense.

If You Can’t Move Forward

If we decide we can not stomach the uncertainty, all of us aren’t up to the task to do the inner work and dealing with our shit, and are just going to stay put, that is a totally valid option.

If we personally think doing as we wish is definitely ‘wrong’ or ‘irresponsible’ in some way, that is our prerogative without a doubt.

If we decide going after the path we wish to pursue may not be worth potential repercussions, and we are just going to plug along in a job we don’t like, hide some aspect of our identity delete word live our ‘truth’ in some way, we get to do no matter what we want.

But then it really is absolutely imperative we realize we are making a conscious option and accept total possession of it.   We must accept things may not change very much because we are unwilling to undertake most of the things that would make that change possible.

Owning our choices in these instances makes it infinitely easier to deal with things we don’t like since we realize we are consciously choosing not to perform anything about it.

We all ease a lot of suffering contained in the mind’s typical MO in these instances– blaming some thing outside of you for your circumstance, wrongly convincing you that you will be being forced to do something a person don’t want to do because you do not have choice but to acquiesce to the beliefs about what will be ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ ‘appropriate’ or ‘inappropriate’ inherent inside your religion, culture, social convention and other outside influences.

The idea we don’t have any agency, and we are being required to do things that make us miserable create all sorts of toxic emotions, particularly bitterness, anger plus resentment. But when we find we are consciously choosing to carry out things that make us unsatisfied because the alternative is undesirable in some way, we really won’t really feel those things as much anymore.

But I imagine this is not the route most of you want to get. Some of the choices you want to create may not be feasible in this instant moment and you just have to let certain things play away first– put the focus within, which is where it always needs to be first anyway.

There may be choices you just truthfully aren’t ready to make yet, and that’s okay. You need to commit to exploring why you believe that way, and start laying the groundwork.

There may be unpleasant conversations that need to be had also it might take a bit to gather up the courage– that’s okay. Just be sure you are moving towards that.

We must accept that we may never feel 100 percent in alignment, that individuals may never feel 100 percent ready to make these difficult choices without an ounce of resistance. We will have to ‘shit or get off the pot’ at some point. We will have more ahead in spite of the fear and other ‘ick’ and become comfortable with the pain, understanding it will be triggered a lot. That’s okay… that happens to everyone.

This journey isn’t inherently supposed to be hard; you are not being asked to ‘earn’ your happiness plus good fortune through arduous personal growth work or excellent suffering.

This is almost all so challenging because of the ego/mind and we just have to accept this is just something we need to cope with.

It has strong resistance from all these ideas meant to create your life better, and fights you on really adopting them in a real way. It offers a lot of tendencies-wanting to control stuff, fear of the unknown, comfort and ease with our pain, etc…– that make it hard for us to get ‘in the flow’ and take action in our own best curiosity.

Accepting something might feel hard at times makes it a lot less harder!
