Reputation. Even though you can’t be in two places at the same time, your status is your stand-in anytime you’re not around. (Make sure it reflects well you. )

Respect. It doesn’t matter whether you’re young or old, rich or even poor, work on the very best floor or down in the basement. You can not demand respect. You can not buy it. And you also certainly can’t consider shortcuts to get it. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness . Regard, however , is earned!
