If fear, frustration have been my traveling force in life. How do you really change it to something that is coming from a calm headspace? Steps to make that shift? Almost all old patterns doesn’ t seem to disappear and I have actually forgotten how to end up being really in a calm state and all this particular feels really unsure and messy
In this journey of growth, alteration and positive modify, very little is being asked of us in that almost all we really need to concentrate on is changing our own belief system. Simple, but certainly not always easy, given our health and fitness.
What we are now being asked to believe will be the polar opposite of what we have been assuming. We are being requested to adopt a thought system that is significantly different than the one from which we have been operating.
The key to making this shift in thinking, to adopting these new beliefs, to shifting our perception, is dealing with all of our all psychological crap since that energy is a static, an interference that will blocks us through seeing things more clearly, from hooking up with truth to the heart level, not simply intellectually.
Individuals feelings, that energy, is like rain on the windshield that distorts our vision. It’s like a clog inside a drain that prevents the flow from the beneficial energy from taking root more deeply within us.
But the brain, given its dedication to operating from pain-minimizing mode, offers little interest in delving into all that.
It is much more interested in trying to prepare external circumstances in such a way that it believes can make those feelings return dormant so they do not disturb us anymore.
For our whole lives, our mind has been operating under the delusion the circumstances are responsible for our feelings, and normally this creates a great deal of attachment to particular desired manifestations. If you believe you can’t feel better unless you get it, the idea of not getting it is intolerable.
Our mind is used to our discomfort being a motivator to visit after the things we want, to change the things we would like to change. It’s the particular straw that stirs the drink.
So naturally the idea of feeling better just before anything changes, associated with accepting the idea your feelings and circumstances aren’t linked, is a HUGE threat to its plan, and it fights us tooth and toenail on embracing this core shift we should make if we are to achieve any actual degree of peace plus contentment in life, whenever we are to make the process of ‘receiving’ as easy as it is supposed to be.
To go from our pain being the driving factor in trying to accomplish everything that we wish to accomplish, to go from our primary goal being to minimize this as best as possible, in order to totally taking it out of the equation, can seem like a tall order, a nearly impossible task.
But lo and behold, absolutely nothing can be further through the truth. But it will need us to actively participate in this process.
It will require us to choose in favor of by doing this of being, of an edition of ourselves, that operates from a space of maximizing wellbeing, that is truly ready to embrace the values that serve all of us, that is truly ready to live these tips and let them notify our responses, our decisions, our actions and behaviors.
Gotta Deal with the Pain
This is a common sentiment in a lot of my content whatever the context because dealing with our feelings is going to factor into conquering most the challenges we seem to face with personal growth in general, plus energetic transformation specifically , especially in terms of fixing our external circumstances in a way that is more to our liking.
Our feelings are actually our only problem so coping with them is always going to be the option. Isn’ t this nice to know there is certainly only one problem and never the 50 your mind thinks?
Isn’ t this nice to know dynamic transformation isn’ to some complex process you need to master, it isn’ t something which can be done right or wrong? It’ t just dealing with the energy that get in the way of choosing in favor of a believed system that serves us much better.
Want to be more detached? Gotta deal with the pain creating the attachment. Want to be happier overall? Gotta deal with the particular shit making you really feel unhappy. Want to improve your relationships? Gotta take responsibility for your emotions and then deal with them accordingly. Starting to visit a pattern? It’s about the feelings.
We can never get away from pain-minimizing mode if we don’t deal with this in the various forms in which it comes– anger, fear, disappointment, anxiety, bitterness, resentment, agitation, sadness, depressive disorders, overwhelm.
As long as the pain remains dominant, it will often be the driver. Everything you want, everything you do will be about trying to get rid of it.
You will never break free of the particular delusional thought approach to the ego, which usually contends all this pain is due to your circumstances, and so, if you just get everything you want, get rid of all the stuff you don’t, all will be properly in your world.
The intense attachment you may feel right this moment to getting a sweetheart, getting more money, producing your business successful, losing the weight, achieving physical healing, getting a better job, or other things your mind has set its sights upon, will never abate.
In fact , it will eventually grow more intensive the more time passes, because the more time that will passes without it, the more scared you get you’re never going to get it.
The harder you may try to ‘manifest, ’ going on a wild goose run after through a variety of tools and techniques, plowing your way through a variety of ‘contexts’ through which you can ‘raise your vibration. ’
You will likely take a variety of actions that you believe can help, none of which are in alignment, and just aggravate your ‘predicament, simply worsen your psychological state.
The funny thing regarding operating from pain-minimizing mode is it generates exponentially more pain – gotta love that mind of ours.
Our feelings don’t come out of nowhere– there is a story, the narrative, a thought system that is developing these feeling responses.
Where is the fear plus frustration coming from? You are feeling badly without this particular thing or that thing; you feel badly about certain aspects of your life now.
What is the tale there?
Exactly what tale is your mind weaving right now regarding the fact you are individual, about how your body appears, about the state of your business now?
Why is it so attached to these items? What does it worry will happen if you don’t have them?
What does the condition of your life now say about you like a person? If you never ‘succeeded’ in getting these things, what would certainly that mean about a person as a person?
You’re never going to want to ponder such questions but you must if you are to break free from pain-minimizing mode.
We have to find where this pain is coming from. We need to let ourselves feel it so it no longer interferes. We have to unclog that drain.
The ‘Stuff’ Can’t Be the Principal Motivator
For the vast majority of us, the interest in personal development is largely driven with a desire to make our own life better in lots of ways. We have this ego/personality self for who we want to make existence more pleasant.
We want certain issues we think will make this happy, will make existence easier for it, can shield us from a host of unpleasant circumstances with which this doesn’t want to deal. If we commit to this growth and change, we are in a much better place to create this better life.
We want to feel better of course , yet it’s not really the MAJOR focus. We view the cultivation of optimistic emotion, the emotional healing, not as the goal in and of itself, but a method to an end, a tool we are able to employ to hobby our experience more to our liking, a vehicle for satisfying our ego preferences.
Just is what it is, and many of us have to endure that at least a bit, to see this isn’t what we are actually after. With this journey, we need to get a good taste of the ‘wrong’ way to truly find it’s the wrong way, and can more confidently let it go, having seen the evidence in our own encounter.
As far as teachings like the law of attraction, changing the exterior is the SOLE curiosity that drew us to it. It is ALL about getting what we do not have.
Which journey of merely trying to attract what we don’t have amplifies everything pain right quick… it starts mixing up all the shit that lies in the root of the wish.
The particular sadness, the fear, the shortage, the feelings of inadequacy and not being good sufficient, the desire to, prove something to someone, in order to prove all the bad things we think about ourselves must not be accurate.
Right out there the gate we are focused on the wrong point, and it creates quite a bumpy, unpleasant ride. All we want is to feel better, to be free of our pain, and on some level we all know this, but it may take a bit to make it our own true focus.
And while we tend to our emotional wellbeing to some degree because we have now know how we really feel impacts our actuality, that feeling ‘better’ is the key to getting our own beloved stuff, we have been not making a lot headway. The focus is more on cultivating good feelings we are informed will ‘raise’ the vibration and get all of us what we want.
We really aren’t focused on true internal transformation and recovery; we really aren’t exploring our energy within the ways it needs to become explored. It is a lot more surface and superficial– how could this not be? Feeling much better isn’t our actual goal.
It is getting stuff all of us don’t have. That kind of journey really can not lend itself towards the cultivation of the main emotional states all of us deeply crave– serenity, joy, security and so on. It won’t provide us to the areas we need to go inside to get there within a real way.
Opting for this trip will keep us within pain-minimizing mode, it can keep us externally focused, it will keep us trapped in this very action-oriented setting of personal growth where we feel like we must be constantly ‘doing’ something to impact inner change, exactly where we falsely believe all that action may eventually get us something, will ultimately facilitate some sort of inner shift. It will maintain us locked into the belief that there is one particular external resource out there that will fix every thing, and we just have to maintain looking, keep trying everything.
Really feeling better, really transforming your energy, really cultivating positive feelings that is lasting, really operating from a new level energetically, really healing, can never take place as long as improving our emotional health is utilized as a tool to get stuff, to change the outside, rather than the primary inspiration, the goal in and of itself.
That is all you really care about, plus tending to that primarily doesn’t mean quitting on changing the outside . The mind sees a fake choice between pursuit of emotional well-being or even of your ‘stuff. ’ And as we have all seen, we know which this chooses.
If you choose the previous, all bets are off. It is afraid you won’t pursue what you want anymore. It really is afraid you will settle for your life as it is right now and all the stuff it doesn’t like won’t change.
It doesn’t have an iota of understanding how your own emotional/energetic state affects your reality, which the more you transform the former, the more these will be transformed in most sorts of wonderful methods.
It does not understand how all the wants and requirements, all the things with which it is concerned, are natural byproducts of that internal work, how they actually come much more effortlessly , the way you tend to get much better versions, how you let in all this various other amazing stuff a person didn’t even understand you wanted. Again, gotta love the thoughts.
It’s Your own Call
Mindful choice of what we choose to believe is the crux of all this function. Like I said before, all that is being asked of us within this journey is to embrace a new thought program, a new belief system, a new way of looking at the world and ourself.
No tool, technique, system or particular ‘avenue’ of working with the energy, and emotions, can make us make that choice, can change our belief program. They can’t make us change the perception. They can’ t make our own bad feelings like magic , go away.
For this reason I always talk about not really relying on that things so much; that is why I always try to help people understand the role these things play, and what they can, and can’t do for all of us. They can support us in many ways, but can not do for us some thing we can only do for ourselves– decide what we believe.
We can believe items that feel badly or even believe things that make us feel good. All of us decide whether our intuitive resonance using these spiritual teachings, plus advice of people who seem to seem happy, sensible and pretty really peaceful, means we are touching on truth, or if it’s just wishful, deluded considering.
We be able to make the choice to embrace the thought approach to the ego that has created all this discomfort with which we are now contending, and desperate to cast away from, or embrace the idea system of Spirit, Lord, or whatever term you like.
All of us get to decide if we are going to prioritize our emotional healing and wellbeing (understanding all our own ‘stuff’ will NEVERTHELESS come ) or if we will stay externally focused, insisting we can only become happy if we have this or that, requiring our negative emotions are justified, and we get to feel that method, until things form up more to the liking.
All of us get to decide if all of us use challenging experiences as a springboard intended for growth, and inner exploration, or whenever we succumb to the pride interpretation that will creates miserable, and in a constant state of resistance to ‘what is. ’
We are able to decide if we will handle our feelings in the real way or even if we will keep suppress them; all of us get to decide if we are going to explore their correct origins, or maintain insisting they’re courtesy of our external conditions, and huffing and puffing things aren’t the way we want these to be, and till such time we all refuse to change the tun emotionally.
These are actually very simple choices– once again, not much is being questioned of us. But it will not always be easy. In case we accept it’s not always easy, it feels a lot easier. True tale.
It all comes down to conscious choice– no one can take that will away from us. No one can stop us through making these choices, no one can else can control our belief system, or quit us from feeling our feelings. The particular ball has always been completely in our court, and always will be.
Like the awesome-question questioned noted– it can really feel really messy sometimes. That’ s regular. Embrace this trip in all its messiness.
It’ h actually a thing of beauty whenever we drop the resistance from all those feelings, to see what we are capable of handling, to see how the discomfort serves its objective, and can be just as welcome in this encounter as the good stuff.
