I love simplifying my entire life. It makes me more effective and life much less stressful. It makes myself calmer and happier.
Yet where do you begin? Or continue in case you are already on your way?

1 . Breathe.

It will only get you stuck and drain your self-pride.

6. End doing what you don’t like doing any longer.
Life changes therefore do you.
If you don’t like performing something anymore after that stop doing that will (even if it may take some time before you can do so by for example changing jobs).
7. Package your bag before you go to bed.
