A very simple way to spread more happiness in your own little world is through kindness. It’s often a simple and quick factor you can do as you move through your daily life.

But all of us sometimes forget about it. Or don’t remember how it can help us all.

Three things that I like to keep in mind and that assist to try to be a kinder person are these:
